Privacy policy

Mango is a compliance partner for IT asset retirement. We hold your data to the same standard we hold your hardware: collected for a reason, documented, and destroyed on schedule.

This policy covers mangoloop.io, our marketing pages, and the forms on them — including demo requests and Launch Partner applications. The client portal is additionally governed by your service agreement.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you type: your name, work email, company, region, fleet size, and what prompted your inquiry. We also collect standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — to keep the site running and secure.

We don't collect data from your devices' contents, and we never ask for it. Data on hardware you retire through Mango is governed by your service agreement and destroyed to documented standards — that chain is separate from this website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule your demo, evaluate your Launch Partner application, and send you relevant follow-up about Mango. That's the full list.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Who touches it

Your data is processed by the service providers that run our infrastructure — cloud hosting and email delivery (Amazon Web Services) — under agreements that restrict them to working on our behalf. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and application records are retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted. If you become a client, your information moves under your service agreement and its own retention terms.

Want it gone sooner? Email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@mangoloop.io and we'll respond within 30 days. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works.

If you're a California resident, these rights are backed by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor the same requests from everyone, resident or not.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes get a notice, not a silent edit.
