Technology retirement done right at every scale.
Book one pickup — certified destruction, a signed chain of custody, credit earned, all in your portal. The next refresh, closure, or site is one more booking on the same record, held to the same standard.
Site, date, a rough count, a photo if you have one. Card or purchase order. 10 minutes. A certified crew confirms your window, usually within 3 business days.
Your onsite contact signs a custody receipt and keeps a copy. Every data-bearing asset found goes on the truck. Anything you set aside as still-valuable gets logged for credit.
Certificates of data destruction per serial, chain of custody, landfill diversion, downstream recycler certification, and serial-level reconciliation. Any credit earned is posted to your Mango wallet. See what's inside →
There are three other ways to retire hardware. Each one leaves part of the job — vetting, paperwork, or liability — with you.

Start with one pickup. Put a site on a schedule later if it makes sense. Nothing here requires a program.
Anything beyond what's included is itemized after weigh-in and shown to you before it's charged. Physical shred is $17 an asset from the first one — it isn't covered by the included allowance.
Book a pickupMost retirements happen when something else is already eating your week. The booking takes 10 minutes; the record lasts as long as your audit trail does.
Every one of them has a drive with company data on it. Until it's wiped and certified, it's a liability sitting in a closet. Book a pickup; the certificates come back per serial.
Racks, network closets, desk gear, monitors — and leased equipment mixed in. Get a fixed price for the whole site, with leased items flagged for destruction only.
Equipment leaves your floor all year — a batch this quarter, a closet the next. Every pickup produces the same chain of custody from your door and the same serial-level certificates, so it reads as one unbroken trail when an auditor asks for three years of it.
Every data-bearing device is wiped to NIST 800-88 or physically shredded to NAID AAA at a certified facility. You get a certificate per serial. Drives that can't be wiped are shredded. Nothing with storage leaves the process without a certificate.
A certified ITAD provider from Mango's network — every one holds R2v3 or e-Stewards and NAID AAA or ISO 27001, with verified insurance. Mango coordinates, enforces the service commitments, and owns the record. We don't take title and we don't touch hardware.
Yes. Choose Invoice / PO at checkout, enter your AP contact and PO number, and the pickup is booked on confirmation. Net 30. You can also forward the booking to your AP team to complete.
Included for data destruction and flagged. It never earns credit, and you get the certificate so you can return it clean.
A Compliance Packet for every pickup: a certificate of data destruction for each data-bearing serial, the chain-of-custody record, a landfill diversion record, the processor's downstream certifications, and a serial-level reconciliation of everything collected, plus a credit statement whenever equipment earns credit. It's included at no extra charge, lands in your portal at job close, and you can forward it straight to your auditor. Download a sample Compliance Packet →
Mango coordinates a network of certified processors and adds capacity as clients bring us sites. Enter your address at booking — if we have a confirmed crew for it, you'll get a date right there. If we don't yet, tell us the scope and we'll come back within 3 business days with a timeline and a fixed price. Multi-site organizations: send the whole list. That's how new areas open.
Standard terms at checkout. No program, no agreement, no feedback commitment. If you later want a site on a schedule, that's a plan you choose in your portal.
Every provider in Mango's network carries general liability and is admitted only with a verified certificate of insurance on file — that's an admission gate, not a preference. If your facility requires a COI, tick the box at booking and we send the crew's certificate before pickup day, with your organization named additional insured on request. Mango's own technology E&O and cyber coverage is in process; we'll publish the limits here once it's bound.
Every job has a named custody chain, timestamps, and a provider bound by service commitments. Losses from provider work are addressed first through that provider's insurance and indemnity. The record exists so the question is answerable.
