Qualifying questions

One crew, one visit, 1 staff-hour on site — about 30 minutes with two crew members. It tops out at 500 lbs of e-Waste and 100 data-bearing devices — bigger or more complex jobs go through decommission booking.

More than 500 lbs of e-Waste?Monitors, peripherals, cables, racks, chassis — anything without a drive. About 25 monitors, or two pallets. More than 100 data-bearing devices?Laptops, desktops, servers, phones, tablets — anything with internal storage.

Compliant by default. Data-bearing devices — wiped to NIST 800-88 Purge or shredded by a NAID AAA certified processor, with a certificate per serial. e-Waste — weighed and routed by an R2v3 or e-Stewards certified processor, or the regional equivalent.

Anything past that is itemized — $12 per device wiped, $2.39 per lb of e-Waste, $17 per device shredded with no allowance, and $92.50 per staff-hour. Counted at pickup and shown to you before anything is charged. What's included is per pickup — a crew that stays longer on one job hasn't changed the next one.

If your plans change. No crew has accepted this job yet, so moving your date is free and cancelling is $75. Once a crew accepts: cancelling is $150, or $300 inside 10 business days of pickup. Moving stays free until that 10-day mark, then $250. Rescheduling always costs less than cancelling, and your portal shows the current number.
