We're selecting our first 20 Launch Partners for a free year of Mango's equipment-pickup program, in exchange for their candid feedback while we build. Accepted partners get documented destruction on everything they retire — laptops, drives, servers, mobile devices, and specialized equipment — plus ongoing or one-time onsite pickups and credit generated from eligible equipment, all managed from a single portal. A Launch Partnership has two sides.

What partners receive

A full year of Mango Loop

If you're accepted, at the tier that fits your cadence, up to Quarterly — four documented pickups. No subscription cost in year one.

The program covers your year-one subscription. Account credit is generated from the fair market value of eligible equipment at the time of processing, varies by equipment, and is not guaranteed. Overages and specialized handling may apply on high volumes, large pieces of equipment, and other unique logistics needs.

A signed Launch Partner agreement. The program in plain terms, in writing — what your free year includes, what bills per pickup, and the commitments on this list.

Candid feedback — an optional onboarding call, plus a short debrief after pickups.

A reference, once earned — a quote or logo should the results merit it. Entirely at your discretion.

We partner across sectors — if it has a plug, it's in scope, from deeply specialized equipment to standard laptops and IT hardware. You set the cadence, up to four quarterly pickups, and your feedback shapes the product so the features you need come online. Our aim is to be the path of record for your ongoing hardware retirement.

What's new is the platform: one portal for scheduling, tracking, and every compliance record. Built for a simple one-time pickup, or an ongoing program that runs itself. The Launch Partner cohort is limited to 20 locations, so we can refine the experience on real jobs before national and international release. The compliance chain is proven — the platform removes the friction.
